When will my order be delivered?
We work with AusPost. Ordered on workdays before 3:30 PM, delivered the next day. No deliveries on Sunday, Monday and public holidays. Shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can find out where your order is located and when your order is expected to be delivered to you. When you receive your order, the postal worker will ask you to sign for receipt. Are you not at home when we deliver your package? Or did you miss the delivery person? Then you can do the following:
Not at home on first delivery attempt
Then the delivery person tries to deliver your package to the neighbors (only with the permission of the sender). If this is not successful, the delivery person will leave a ticket with a “non-home code” with you. With this code you can choose a new delivery time. This is possible until 10 pm. If you do nothing, we will visit you again on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday).
Not at home on second delivery attempt
Even then the delivery person will leave a ticket with you. It states where you can pick up your package. You can also find this information in Track & Trace.
What are the shipping costs?
All packages are sent by registered mail with AusPost. We have a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping and packaging.
Do we also ship outside Australia?
Yes, we also deliver to New Zealand! As soon as we send the package, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package from start to finish.

Can I provide a different delivery address
If you know in advance that you will not be able to accept your order at home (billing address), you can also provide us with an alternative shipping address. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to the address you require.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Orders via steroidsbuyaustralia.com are packaged 100% discreetly and neutrally. What does that mean? All orders are sent in neutral packaging (so-called “plain box shipping”) including a discreet shipping sticker. In this way, our packaging for outsiders does not show what you have ordered. After all, what you order from us is not someone else’s business.
